- The product is unused and unworn
- The lace has not been cut or altered
- The product is in its original packaging and condition
- All tags and accessories (if any) are intact
⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept used hair products.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products:
- You can exchange your item for another product of equal value
- If the new product costs more, the difference must be paid
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been:
- Received by our team
- Carefully inspected to confirm it meets return conditions
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (MTN MoMo / Orange Money)
- Processing time may take a few business days
❌ Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or worn hair
- Wigs with cut lace
- Products that have been altered, colored, or styled after purchase
- Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
🚚 Shipping Fees
- Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable
- Exceptions apply only if the return is due to an error from Nanou’s Luxury Hair (e.g., wrong item delivered)
